Open the reservation under Entries and choose its cancellation action when available. The cancellation window shows the calculation for that booking, including the amount to be refunded or retained and any applicable charges.
- Read the cancellation policy attached to your booking.
- Review the current cancellation summary carefully. The outcome can depend on the policy, timing and payments already made.
- Confirm only if you want the cancellation to go ahead. Otherwise, close the window or choose to keep the booking.
- Check the updated reservation status afterwards.
A message saying you cannot attend does not itself cancel the reservation. If no cancellation action is available or the calculation looks incorrect, contact support with your reservation ID before proceeding. Do not assume that every booking is refundable or that all fees are returned.
