What to include
- Your reservation, order or listing ID, if relevant.
- A short description of what you tried and what happened.
- The date of the problem and the exact error message.
- A screenshot with private details concealed, if it helps explain the issue.
Never send passwords, one-time verification codes or full card details. For ordinary arrival or collection arrangements, messaging your host may be the quickest first step. If someone is in immediate danger, seek help from the local emergency services rather than waiting for a support reply.
