A reservation and its payment record serve different purposes. Entries shows the stay or rental, its dates and reservation status. Orders contains the related checkout information available in your account.
- Sign in to the account you used to book.
- Open Entries and select the reservation to check the dates, listing and reservation ID.
- Open Orders to review the corresponding order, its total and payment status.
- Keep both identifiers if you need help matching a payment to a reservation.
A bank transaction can take time to appear in the form you expect. If an order and reservation appear inconsistent, send support their IDs and the relevant error or status. Do not include a full card number, bank password or security code in your message.
