The action available on a listing depends on its booking settings. A reservation request asks the host to review your proposed dates and details. An instant-booking listing follows the booking and payment steps shown on screen without the same host-approval step.
Before you continue
- Check your dates, guest or renter details and the listing’s conditions.
- Read the price breakdown and any payment instructions.
- Complete any account or verification steps requested during the process.
After submitting, open Entries to check the reservation status. Pending Approval and Pending Payment both mean that another step remains. Follow the status and confirmation shown for your reservation; sending a message or seeing dates in a calendar alone is not confirmation of a booking.
