Open your listing’s Pricing and Reservation sections. The fields offered depend on the listing type and may include a base price, weekend pricing, longer-booking discounts, extra-person charges and minimum or maximum booking lengths.
- Enter prices in the units specified by each field.
- Review all optional charges and discounts you have enabled.
- Set the capacity and booking-length limits to match what you can provide.
- Check whether instant booking is enabled and whether that suits your availability.
- Save your changes and review the listing’s displayed booking calculation.
Complete any field warnings before saving. Do not assume a price-setting change rewrites the amount of an existing reservation. For a confirmed booking that needs attention, open Entries and contact support when the available actions do not cover the situation.
