Open Payouts in your account. When Stripe payout setup is offered, choose the country of your bank account and use Set up payouts to continue on Stripe’s page. Enter the information requested there and return to Luxeasure afterwards.
Check your account status
Not set up or Not finished means setup remains incomplete. Being checked means a review is in progress. Information needed means you should open the available action and provide the requested details. Check that the account reaches Active before relying on it for payouts.
Review the balances and payout information displayed in your account. An active payout account does not mean every reservation payment is immediately available for transfer. If something is missing, contact support with the reservation or payout reference; never send your bank login credentials.
