Open Verification in your account to see your current status. When an identity check is requested, use the button on that page to continue through the verification process provided by Stripe.
- Read the information and consent request shown before starting.
- Follow the instructions for the requested identity document and selfie. Use clear, complete images and the details that match your document.
- Return to Luxeasure and check the status. A check that is still being processed is not yet complete.
If the process is unfinished, continue it from the Verification page. If it cannot be completed, follow the explanation shown there or contact support. Do not send identity documents through an ordinary conversation with a host. A verified identity does not replace any driving licence, skipper qualification or other requirement that may apply to a rental.
